  • Career coaching helps you gain clarity on your goals, navigate transitions, and build a clear path forward—whether you're stepping into leadership or exploring new opportunities.

  • Career coaching helps you gain clarity, confidence, and direction in your professional life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, considering a transition, or aiming for growth, I help you define your goals and create a clear path forward.

  •  I offer three core services: Career Coaching, Bespoke Leadership Training & Coaching, and Executive Coaching. Each service is tailored to meet individuals and organizations where they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Sessions can be delivered:

    • Virtually

    • In-person (depending on location)

    • As workshops, series, or ongoing programs

  • Each session is focused and tailored to your needs. We may work on goal setting, decision-making, confidence building, interview preparation, or navigating workplace challenges.

  • Both. I support individuals through coaching and organizations through training and leadership development programs.

  • Yes - we use the Emotional Intelligence assessment to help identify leadership strengths and areas for growth. The assessment is EQ-i 2.0. We are certified to debrief the assessment and use it to help with planning goals.
